  • Name, ID and password: Used for identification process according to the use of the membership service.
  • Email address and phone number. If you click "Cancel membership" on the member menu of the website or contact the customer center and the person in charge of personal information management via written, telephone or e-mail notice, we will immediately delete your personal information and other related information. 8. The retention and use period of personal information

¨è Despite of the principle of immediate destruction of the personal information collection policy above, if it is necessary to hold it for a certain period of time due to the following verification of the transaction-related rights and obligations, Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.

The members' personal information may also be retained if the purpose of collection or the purpose of the provision is fulfilled, even if it is necessary to preserve it according to the provisions of the Commercial Act and other statutes.

9. The process and method of destruction of personal information

In principle, the company destroys the information immediately after the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved. Disposal procedures and methods are as follows.

¥ï Disposal procedure

  • The information entered by you for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate filing box in case of paper) and is stored and destroyed for a period of time in accordance with internal policy and other reasons for information protection under relevant statutes (see retention and service period).
  • Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for any other purpose other than by law.

  • Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that cannot be reused.
  • Personal information printed on paper is shredded or destroyed through a paper shredder.

10. Links to other sites

The company may provide you with links to other companies' websites or materials. - In this case, the company has no control over external sites and materials, so the company cannot be held responsible for the usefulness of services or materials provided by them. If you click on a link that directs you to another site, we recommend that you review the policies of the new site you visit as the privacy policy of that site is not relevant to the company.

11. Protection and deletion of posts

12. Personal information protection for children under the age of 14

17. Personal information management officer and person in charge of personal information management

18. Disclosure obligations as a result of policy changes

The current Privacy Policy was enacted on October 13, 2008 and if there is any addition, deletion or modification of the contents according to the government's statutes, policies or security technologies, the reasons and contents of the change will be announced at least 10 days before the revision through the company's website.
